It all comes together with adventure. When life hands you a weekend or opportunity to be free, Go explore and find adventure.
Don’t be afraid to leave the couch for a while, don’t be afraid of the unknown and don’t worry about the day of tomorrow.
Each day offers you an adventure and of its own, the question remains if you are willing to embrace it and truly live your life.

One of the principles I live by states that you have one life and you need to live it, but actually in reality what that means is you can die only once thus you have the opportunity to live every day.
So why not do it? – Get out there and create your life, mould your path into one of passion and you will set yourself free.

Recently I have had the privilege to become a part of The Dunlop/Sumitomo Rubber group as a Dunlop Brand Ambassador, The Lady Alice now stands tall with a set of 255/85/16 Dunlop GrandTrek MT2 tyres and looking ready for adventure! – thank you guys for this opportunity to work together.

EPIC!! the only word I can think off when looking at these bad boys! I cannot wait to put them through their paces getting down and dirty to see how they hold up, by the looks of things Mark at Marks Tyres – Dunlop Zone in Ladysmith might just be right in what he said :”you will not even have to engage 4×4.”

Ok maybe not 100% correct as The Lady Alice is All Wheel Drive but maybe then I won’t need to engage Low Range gear ratios in sticky situations, so be sure to keep a keen eye for epic adventures to come. I will be doing a 6 wheel rotation every 5000km to get the maximum amount of milage out of these, stay tuned for an article about tyre pressure and importance/advantages of rotating your tyres.

I would also just like to take a moment to Thank Mark at Marks Tyres in Ladysmith for the fantastic service and help, they are truly the place to go to in the area for all your tyre needs. They also have a special machine for high accuracy wheel balancing of which there are only 8 in the country!! Be sure to stop there, the staff are friendly and helpful and willing and always smiling. Thanks for the help guys!

The Lady Alice is now itching to get out there chasing down sunsets and startrails, seeking the free life of sitting around a campfire sipping on a single malt and just forgetting about the presence of society in general, to have the camera at the ready and the boots dirty, crossing rivers and climbing mountains for in the end… A life of adventure is a life worth living!
